THE VIETNAM WAR MEMORIAL MUSEUM

Based out of Northern Nevada, curator Curtis McLachlan has been taking his Vietnam War Memorial Museum on the road since 1987 to honor his brothers in arms. The Museum displays are dedicated to those who made the ultimate sacrifice, and we thank all who served in the conflict and donated their memories to the Museum. We are now seeking a permanent home for the collection, so the efforts of those who served and gave all will always be remembered.

SEEKING A PERMANENT HOME

We are on a mission to find a permanent home for the museum, so we can preserve the memories of those who gave up their future to serve our country. Please contact us if you might be able to help.

AVAILABLE FOR EVENTS (?)

With Curtis in semi-retirement, setting up the museum has become a little daunting, but still possible for the right event near Northern Nevada. If you have an event that would be a great venue for the museum, please contact us.

ABOUT THE VIETNAM MEMORIAL DISPLAY

Curtis McLachlan served two tours in Vietnam, serving in several helicopter units. After returning home and a memorable visit to the traveling Vietnam memorial wall, he began assembling his first photo display panel, which would eventually become the museum you see in the photos here.
